12th District Court Probation Division - Online Reporting

 

CAN I REPORT ONLINE? 
You must have authorization from your probation officer to report on-line. 

Reports submitted on-line with authorization will not be accepted and will be considered failure to report as directed.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO REPORT ONLINE?

You will need your driver's license number and 12th District Court case number.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPORTING ONLINE 

1) You must click on this link Jackson County Court Records to be redirected to the Jackson County Court Records Page.  

 

2) From the Jackson County Court Records Page enter your case number and select display.

 

3) Click on the case number to access the Case Record Detail Page.

 

4) Click on the Probation Reporting Button

 

5) Enter your driver's license number: You should receive a confirmation message; follow the instruction.    

If you receive the following message: "Driver's License Number is missing or invalid," please call the probation department @ (517) 788-4280.  

If you do not know your case number, you may enter your name and select display. 

If you have more than one case, select the case for which you are on probation by clicking on the case number. Return to Step 4

 

6) Fill out all fields on the form that are applicable.  
 

If you are notified that the Probation Officer ID not found, please call the probation department @ (517) 788-4280.  

 

7) Click on submit

 

8) You should receive a confirmation message - Close the reporting window
