a session of said Court, held in the City of Jackson, County of Jackson, State

Whereas, 12th District
Court Administrative Order No. 1989-1 is no longer applicable in the 12th
District Court,and
Whereas, Michigan Supreme Court Administrative Order
1989-1 sets forth the guidelines for film or electronic media coverage of
proceedings in Michigan Courts,
The following administrative order is entered:
12th
Judicial District Court Administrative Order 1989-1 is hereby rescinded.
The 12th District Court will be abide by the guidelines as set
forth in Michigan Supreme Court
Administrative Order 1989-1 when the court receives a request for the filming or
electronic coverage of court proceedings
